Member Update – Geoff O’Keeffe

Geoff O’ Keeffe is directing The Astonished Heart by Noel Coward for Behind the Moon Productions which will run at Players Theatre, Dublin form Monday 11th – Saturday 16th May, 2015, as part of the Dublin International Gay Theatre Festival.

The tormented psychiatrist. His wife. Her friend. The love affair that splinters their very existence. A raw and emotional journey through the landscape of repressed love and shattered illusions.

This is not Coward, as we know him. This is urgent, raw and haunting. With a talented ensemble cast, Behind the Moon Productions re-imagine the now eighty year old, The Astonished Heart, reclaiming Coward’s queer sensibilities in a stripped back, visually engaging and theatrically inventive presentation.
